Spacesaver's New PowerLink(TM) Optimizes Efficiency of Powered Mobile Storage Systems

The new PowerLink(TM) (Internet Interface), which is available on Programmable Electric and Power Pro® powered systems, collects both diagnostic data and usage statistics, assuring optimum efficiency of system operation. PowerLink won a Citation of Excellence in the Innovations Awards announced at NeoCon 2003.
By detecting which aisle is used most frequently and when, PowerLink can help an end-user pinpoint a priority aisle to program "open" when the system is not in use. The diagnostic capabilities of the technology offer fast and convenient reprogramming, as the user's needs change. The Net-enabled device also transmits diagnostic data to Spacesaver's service technicians, assuring the ultimate in preventative maintenance. Potential problems can be detected - and often even fixed - before an end-user is inconvenienced.
Spacesaver mobile storage systems provide maximum storage density by eliminating the space required for multiple stationary aisles. This increases capacity by as much as 100 percent over conventional storage systems - or frees up half the space for other activities.
