Spex Launches Enterprise Version of Its Mobile Property Inspection Platform

Property and Casualty Industry Leverages Spex's Platform to Enhance the Documentation Process at the Point of Inspection

DENVER -- Spex-- a SaaS-based property inspection platform for insurance and construction professionals--today announced the launch of an enterprise edition of its platform. The Spex Enterprise platform combines a tablet-based inspection app with a web-based dashboard for user management, inspection filtering and analytics.  Spex is currently offering a 30-day free trial for new users through www.spexapp.com.

"We are always looking for efficient, innovative products to better serve policyholders," said Rod Warner, General Manager at Family Mutual Insurance Company. "Spex presents the most comprehensive package of features we have found in the marketplace. In our judgment, it is the best property inspection platform out there.  Better yet, Spex is a 'lean-into-the-wind' company, always improving. We could not be more excited."

The Spex Enterprise version consists of a Field App, Dashboard and Spex Report®.  The Field App is an easy-to-use tool for conducting inspections.  It includes features such as photo annotations, field sketching, video and audio entries, aerial photos and real-time collaboration access to the Dashboard.  The Dashboard is an administrative tool for managing platform users, inspections and reviewing analytics from the field.  The Spex Report is a summary of the inspection notes and is accessible via the Dashboard or an exportable document.

"With the Spex Enterprise platform we're able to replace analog property inspection tools and improve the claim documentation process from the point of inspection and beyond," said Will Scarborough, Project Coordinator and Lead Estimator at Disaster Services.  "In addition to accelerating inspections, estimate writing and the overall claims process, the platform allows our organization to enhance the customer experience, create transparency and resolve claims in a more efficient manner."

"Spex simplifies and streamlines the inspection process so everyone wins--the policy holder, insurance carrier and contractor," said Brett Goldberg, Spex's CEO. "Our enterprise platform is 'plug and play' and can be easily scaled to meet the demands of the property and casualty community. Users can leverage our platform to achieve a richer, more dynamic customer experience."
