New Pressure Washers Include Sleep Mode Technology for Increased Durability
Super Max(TM) 12860 machines are bundled with AST® architecture, which increases productivity and extends the life of the componentry.
WOBURN, MA - Daimer Industries®, a globally-recognized supplier of pressure washers and advanced cleaning technology, is now offering a new line of power washers with a sleep mode that preserves the lifespan of the machines and increases worker productivity. The Super Max(TM) 12860AST systems are bundled with new Automatic Shut-Off Technology(TM) (AST®), which sends pumps and motors to "sleep" when employees take breaks.

Advanced Architecture
AST® senses extended periods of idleness in the new Super Max(TM) 12860 power washers. After thirty seconds of downtime, the machine automatically enters sleep mode, which shuts off the motor and pump. This feature is particularly useful for situations where cleaning staff must work 25-feet or more from the power washing system. Whenever the worker, presses the trigger, the machine restarts.
In electric pressure washers without this technology, pumps and motors remain on, which increases wear and reduces the lifespan of the components.
Super Max(TM) 12860AST pressure washers are capable of 3000 psi pressure and water flows of 5 GPM. The 60Hz three-phase electric motors are capable of 10 HP. Other power options include configurations that support 50Hz and 440V.
The pressure washers can operate in three modes including cold or heated water or wet steam. The 12860AST can be configured to heat with heating oils, kerosene or diesel
