MMK Matsumoto Corp. to Introduce New DEAT70 Rotary Table at IMTS 2010

Springboro, OH. . . MMK Matsumoto Corp. will introduce its new DEAT70 Rotary Table at The International Manufacturing Technology Show 2010 (IMTS) at Chicago's McCormick Place September 13-18. MMK Matsumoto Corp. can be found in Booth #W-1664 of the Tooling & Workholding Systems Pavilion, located in the West Building.

The DEAT70 integrates MMK's patented Ott worm gear table with a Direct Drive table (DD). Completely submersible for EDM work and a true A/B axis table, the DEAT70 has a small footprint, allowing it to be used on smaller EDM machines-sometimes with no necessary modifications to the EDM tank. Specifications for this tilt rotary table are 70mm table diameter, 50 RPM maximum, indexing accuracy of ± 5 arc seconds without compensation and repeatability of ± 2 arc seconds. In addition to accommodating small parts, the direct drive table on the B axis minimizes cost. An independent stand-alone controller with a touch screen can be integrated to any EDM machine.
