Mini-Circuits Launches Ultra Low Noise 3-5V MMIC Amplifier, Eight New MAC Ceramic Hermetic Mixers
Mini-Circuits new PSA4-5043+ surface-mount amplifier features an ultra low noise figure of only 0.75 dB, an IP3 as high as 33 dBm, and output power levels up to +21 dBm. Together with low power consumption on a 3 to 5 V DC supply, it's ideal for a wide range of 50 MHz to 4 GHz applications, and even includes Mini-Circuits on-die ESD protection, rated to over 500V!
The MAC ceramic hermetic mixer lineup now covers a frequency range from 0.3 to 12 GHz, and LO levels from 4 to 17 dBm.
