Lee now has Kettles available that will provide Scraped-Surface Agitation plus High-Shear mixing for those difficult materials that are hard to emulsify, such as creams, lotions, toothpastes, etc. Standard High-Shear designs capable of up to 10,000 CPS are available in sizes from 20 to 1,000 gallons. Alternate scraped-surface designs up to 1,000,000 CPS and larger capacity vessels are also available.
