Announcing ABB's Fast & Powerful Mini-PLC's The 40, 50, and 90 Series

ABB is pleased to announce its new line of fast and powerful Mini-PLC's, the 40, 50, and 90 Series.

This series of PLC's support all major communications platforms. Selected models are available with Modbus, ABB-CS31, RTU, Profibus DP, Devicenet, CANopen, RCOM, ARCNET, and Ethernet. These very fast and powerful 32 bit processors offer double word memory, PID control, and 32 bit arithmetic. Onboard memory ranges from 34K to 480K and is expandable to 2M with an optional flash rom. These devices are capable of digital I/O to over 1000 points; analog I/O to over 600 points with unlimited timers and high speed counters to 50KHz.

Installation is quick and easy via plug-in terminals. Keypad operating panels, touch screens, and workstations are also available. These devices are available in DIN style with onboard I/O or as a full length PCI card for PC installations.

The 40, 50, and 90 Series are UL and IEC approved, and are available through ABB distributors throughout the world.
