Miniature Liquid Diaphragm Pump features BLDC motor.

Press Release Summary:

Constructed with corrosion-resistant PVDF/FFPM/PTFE envelope, NF line miniature liquid pump handles difficult materials, such as acids and caustics. Pump is driven by lightweight, compact brushless DC motor with low EMI/RFI emissions. Portable, self-priming pump runs dry indefinitely and offers free-flow from 50 ml to 1 Lpm and 16 ft water suction or 33 ft water head pressure. Pumps built to NSF/ANSI Standard 169 are available.

Miniature Liquid Diaphragm Pump Features Economical BLDC Motor

For portable applications requiring low EMI/RFI emissions and the longest lifetime

KNF's NF line of miniature liquid pumps are available for the first time driven by economical brushless DC motors. Portable instruments benefit from brushless DC motors which, in addition to long life, are EMI/RFI quiet, lightweight, and more compact than traditional AC motors. Liquid diaphragm pumps provide consistent, reliable operation over their lifetime, eliminating tubing fatigue or failure.

Featuring corrosion-resistant PVDF/FFPM/PTFE envelope, they can handle acids, caustics and other difficult materials. Self-priming, they will run dry indefinitely. The NF family features free-flow from 50 ml to 1 L/min flow, 16 ft. water suction or 33 ft. water head pressure. Used in medical diagnostic analyzers, process samplers, probe washers and ink-jet printers, and for portable instruments where low current consumption and reliability is desirable. Pumps built to NSF/ANSI Standard 169 are available.
