Parker Miniature Flow Controls for Micro-Pneumatic Applications

Parker banjo-style Miniature Flow Controls can be mounted directly on small bore cylinders used in micro-pneumatic applications, especially where space is at a premium. The flow
controls are unidirectional valves. Intake air flows in freely and exhaust air is metered out through a specially designed adjustment screw to regulate the speed of the cylinder. The design of the unique adjustment screw produces a more linear flow than ordinary tapered screws.

The Parker Miniature Flow Controls are available with a knob adjuster and in a knobless version that can be adjusted with a screwdriver. The highly compact design features a nickel-
plated brass stem and threads, a 25% glass filled nylon body, and an expanded internal o-ring to ensure that once adjusted the flow control will keep the desired setting, even under vibration. The flow controls are available with 10-32 UNF threads and 1/8" and 1/4" NPT threads for 5/32" and 1/4" O.D. tubing. Thread sealant is applied to all NPT threads.
