Diaphragm Pumps from Rietschle Thomas Combine Big Performance, Small Package
Series 3013 miniature diaphragm pumps from Rietschle Thomas offer long maintenance-free life, quiet operation, excellent efficiency, and the ability to restart under pressure or vacuum. Six models are available to meet various needs, especially in instrumentation and air sampling applications.
Either permanent magnet or extra-long-life brushless DC motors are offered, in 3.0, 4.5 or 12.0 volt ratings. The polycarbonate pump head, and EPDM diaphragm and seals, are engineered for durability and corrosion resistance. The largest Series 3013 pumps measure just 1.71 in. (43.4 mm in length) and weigh only 1.13 oz. (32 g). Maximum air flow is rated at 1.3 ml/min. Maximum pressure is rated at 6.5 psi (450 mbar), with maximum vacuum of 11.8 in. hg (-400 mbar).
