Miniature 4µL Micro Pump Offers Faster Cycle Time & Higher Efficiency For Low-Pressure Micro-Flow Low Dispensing
Boonton, NJ: A new 4µl micro pump available from Bio-Chem Valve and Omnifit accurately and efficiently dispenses low pressure micro-flows of high purity or aggressive liquids.
The miniature, faster-cycling, micro-dispensing Model 030 pump achieves greater output by cycling at up to 4 Hz to run twice as fast as the earlier Model 090 (8 µl) pump that it replaces.
Designed for speed in cycling, the miniature, lighter Model 030 utilizes a fast response solenoid that is capable of quickly dispensing micro volumes. The high cycle life pump offers up to 20 million dispense cycles and features low power consumption, minimal heat generation, low internal volume and a positive shut-off.
The diaphragm is made of PTFE; the pump body is formed of P.P.S. as a standard; and the check valve is DuPont Viton® or FKM.
Model 030 is designed for flexibility to meet a wide range of footprints and profiles for use in medical and laboratory instrumentation and manufacturing applications. The simple addition of a screw nut offers a quick-change manifold mount connection.
