Miniature 10 and 15 mm Pneumatic Valves

Series BR10 and BR15, directional control valves from Rexroth

The modular line of 3/2 and 2/2 miniature valves with 10mm and 15mm valve body widths feature fast response, with a high flow rate, at an economical price.

The BR10 and BR15 series miniature pneumatic directional control valves from Rexroth have many features in a compact package. The BR10 (10mm valve body width) has a flow rate of 0.014Cv, and the BR15 (15mm valve body width) has a flow rate of 0.05Cv.

The BR10 and BR15 are direct-acting, solenoid operated valves that can be mounted on a single aluminum subbase, or manifolds up to 16 stations. Components can be ordered separately, or custom made, factory assembled and tested manifold assemblies are available. Standard voltages are 12VDC and 24 VDC in 2/2 normally closed, and 3/2 normally open or closed configurations. Other voltages and many other options are available upon request, including customized manifolds with integrated wiring to a multi-pin connector, and special higher flow versions. Both valve series are interchangeable with several other manufacturers' 10mm and 15mm valves, and are very economically priced.

The 10mm BR10 valve comes standard with a push type manual override with a working pressure is 0 to 102 psi. Standard electrical connections include 300mm flying leads and a 2-pin 90° connection with LED. The BR10 features fast response times of 8 ms when energized, and 10 ms when de-energized. Optional configurations are available upon request.

The 15mm BR15 valve comes standard with a push type non-locking or a two-position locking manual override. Working pressure is 0 to 73 psi for the normally open versions, and 0 to 102 psi for the normally closed versions. Standard electrical connections include 300mm flying leads, a 2-pin 90° connection with LED, and a DIN Form C. The BR15 features fast response times of 10 ms when energized, and 12 ms when de-energized. Optional configurations are available upon request.
