New Mini Valve Offers Time Saving Convenience for Single-Acting Vises and Air Mechanisms
Racine, Wisconsin - January 15, 2003 The new #36 Mini Valve recently introduced by Heinrich Company offers timesaving convenience for single-acting vises and air mechanisms. Designed to attach directly to the vise, the #36 Mini Valve saves space on the machine table. Its compact size and mounting location make it easier to operate and there are fewer parts for faster set-up and teardown.
For added convenience, the inlet and exhaust ports are interchangeable so the air hose can be connected to either side of the valve. The easy-to-use hand lever is right at your fingertips and its unique, over-center snap action, gives quick, sure response. Since the lever is detented in both positions, the operator does not have to hold the lever in either direction.
The #36 Mini Valve is designed to work with the Heinrich single-acting vises (#33, #44) and air operated cross-hole drill jigs (#AR-305, #AR-605, # AR-905) or any single acting air mechanism. Available as a replacement for the Heinrich 3-way foot-treadle valve or 3-way hand valve, this Heinrich Mini Valve is sold complete with all fittings needed to replace either the foot or hand valve on existing and new units.
