S Series switches are rated from 0.4 VA at 20 V up to 5 A, 125 Vac or 4 A, 30 Vdc. They consist of single pole double throw and double pole double throw models in various ON, OFF, and Momentary electrical configurations. All feature chrome plated bat actuator in choice of 2 lengths, insulated (UL94-V0) bushing and body, and metal restraining bracket. They are designed for insertion on printed circuit boards up to .078 in. thick. Operating temperature is -20 to 85°C.

Hi-Rel Mini-Toggles for Printed Circuits with Many Options and Features
APEM'S S series miniature toggle switches are not only wave solderable and washable (process campatible), but they also boast impressive electricals. Rated from 0.4VA at 20V up to 5A 125VAC or 4A 30VDC, they feature low initial contact resistance of 10 milliohms max., 1000 volts dielectric strength and life at full load up to 100,000 cycles.
The S series consists of single pole double throw and double pole double throw models in various ON, OFF and Momentary electrical configurations. All feature a chrome plated bat actuator in a choice of two lengths, an insulated (UL94-V0) bushing and body, and a metal restraining bracket. Mounting styles include those with straight p.c. terminals as well as horizontal or vertical p.c. terminals. Epoxy terminal sealing is standard on all models.
The switch body size for the single pole is .270" high x .500" wide x .460" deep. Double poles are the same except .458" high. They are designed for insertion on printed circuit boards up to .078" thick. The operating temperature range is -20°C to 85°C while the storage temperature is -40°C to 85°C. Note- a sister series, SF, with threaded bushing, is offered for panel mounting applications.
S series switches are agency recognized by UL, CECC and GAM T1 (military), are moisture resistant and provide protection against electrostatic discharge. They will assure reliability and long life service in numerous applications from process control and instrumentation to computers, peripherals and medical
equipment.
