Compact MANO870 with Intel® QM77 Express chipset supports up to 16 GB DDR3, RAID-capable SATA, USB 3.0, PCI Express 3.0, iAMT 8.0, TPM 1.2, and multi-display interfaces
Taipei, Taiwan, – Axiomtek’s MANO870 Mini ITX motherboard based on the Mobil Intel® QM77 Express chipset is designed for the new 3rd Generation Socket G2 Intel® Core™ i7/i5/i3 processors. The high performing MANO870 comes with two DDR3 1600/1333 MHz SO-DIMM slots with up to 16GB memory and five SATA ports with RAID 0, 1, 5, 10. The Intel® HD Graphics 4000/2500 engine with DX11 support is built into the chipset to provide fast graphics performance and dual-view capability. The supported display interfaces include DVI-D, VGA, LVDS and HDMI. It also supports Intel® Rapid Storage Technology, Active Management Technology 8.0 as well as Trusted Platform Module 1.2. One PCIe 3.0 x16 is ready for a separate graphics card and one PCI Express Mini Card is for WiFi and 3G wireless communication modules. Having a small footprint of only 170 mm x 170 mm and powerful performance enables system developers to design extremely high-end applications, such as storage server, POS, kiosk, medical, gaming, digital signage, and surveillance security monitoring.

In addition, the conspicuous mini-ITX motherboard supports Intel® Rapid Storage Technology (RST) with enhanced performance, power management, and data protection for the storage subsystems. Thus, the MANO870 benefits users a better performance of disk intensive retrieval applications. Except several new technologies, the board reserved rich I/O features include four USB 3.0, eight USB 2.0, two SATA-600 and three SATA-300 with RAID function, two Gigabit LANs, HDMI, DVI-D, VGA, LVDS, digital I/O (4 channel IN and 4 channel OUT), and HD audio. Expansion capabilities contain one CFast™ socket, PCIe 3.0 x16 slot, and PCI Express Mini Card slot. To ensure reliable operation, the MANO870 supports watchdog timer and SMART FAN. This compact embedded platform also meets all requirements for the Windows® 7 OS.
