Mine in South Africa Deploys Radwin's Wireless Systems for Crucial Video Surveillance Transmission

RADWIN systems enable 24/7 monitoring & control of mining site to enhance worker safety
TEL AVIV, Israel –Â RADWIN (http://www.radwin.com), the global provider of sub-6 GHz broadband wireless solutions, today announced that it's been chosen to establish a video surveillance network for a large manganese mine in Kuruman, South Africa. Miro Distribution, RADWIN's partner and one of South Africa's leading distributors, provided technical expertise, and the installation was carried out by specialist company I3S Security Solutions.

The video cameras cover all areas of the mine - from the construction village, to the shaft, to the entry turnstiles, and everything in between. RADWIN's systems deliver the highest resolution video from the various sites back to the control center in real-time, which is invaluable for monitoring the mine and securing the safety of its personnel."
