CHICAGO, March 12 - Parlano has teamed with YJT Solutions, LLC, to enhance YJT's Command Center - an IT monitoring and support solution designed for financial exchanges, trading firms, banks and hedge funds - with Parlano MindAlign(TM) persistent group chat.

The partnership benefits financial organizations by enabling YJT to deliver higher customer satisfaction while reducing support costs.
