Cleveland, Ohio - For those wanting to move from a 60 lb. coil of wire, but not ready to use a 500 lb. drum, The Lincoln Electric Company introduces the 250 lb. Accu-Trak drum. This new drum provides Lincoln's premium SuperArc MIG wires in an intermediate size to save changeover time from smaller packaging.

The 250 lb. Accu-Trak product is perfect for semi-automatic, conventional automation and robotics applications. Lincoln's Accu-Trak drum system ensures that the wire is completely enclosed and protected from contaminants and dust. The drum packaging also forms a safety barrier between the electrically hot wire and the operator; in addition, it delivers wire in bulk while effectively utilizing floor space. Like all Accu-Trak products, the new, 250 lb. package facilitates precise feeding because of a unique design that accurately places the wire in the weld joint throughout the welding process without twisting.

This 19" high, 23" diameter product uses a 23" standard Accu-Track drum hat. It also takes advantage of Lincoln's patented Dense-Pack winding technology. Dense-Pack provides improved wire feedability and reduced tangling.

Lincoln's SuperArc copper coated wire provides the utmost in arc performance. It provides excellent feedability and an extremely stable arc.
