Microstepping Driver includes onboard indexer.

Press Release Summary:

Capable of output currents from 0.25-3.0 A while handling 12-48 Vdc input voltage, Model R325 offers selectable step resolutions of full, 2x, 4x, 8x, 16x, 32x, 64x, 128x, and 256x. It includes hold current reduction capability with adjustable current and timeout settings. Three optically isolated inputs and 1 optically isolated control output can be used for step, direction, disable/enable, and fault detection. User can choose between dip switches and RS485 communication.

Original Press Release:

RMS Technologies, The Driving Force in Motion Control, is Proud to Introduce the R325 Microstepping Driver

The R325 microstepping driver is capable of output currents ranging from 0.25 to 3.0 amps peak while handling +12 to 48 VDC input voltage. Selectable step resolutions from Full, 2x, 4x, 8x, 16x, 32x, 64x, 128x, and 256x microstepping are available. The R325 also features hold current reduction capability with adjustable current and timeout settings.

In addition to being able to change microstepping and run and hold currents via dip switches, the R325 microstepping driver makes implementation by first time and OEM users easy by allowing users to choose between dip switches and R4S485 communication. The R325 also has three optically isolated inputs and one optically isolated control output that can be used for step, direction, disable/enable, and fault detection. Furthermore the R325 has an onboard indexer.
