Exhibition for Electronic Components and Systems Takes Place March 17-19 at Shanghai New International Expo Centre

        Microsemi Corporation, a leading provider of semiconductor solutions differentiated by power, security, reliability and performance, will be participating in Electronica China to showcase its innovative product portfolio for communications, industrial, aerospace and security applications. Microsemi will be presenting its comprehensive portfolio of discrete semiconductor integrated circuits (ICs) and systems including:
       FPGAs SoCs
         •Â Dual-axis Motor Controllers—Reference kits are available. The kit
         simplifies motor control design using a single SoC FPGA and
          provides 30,000 RPM performance.
        •Â  IGLOO 2 Kit—This new kit provides designers with the industry's
          lowest cost platform to develop their cost-optimized FPGA solutions
          for PCIe and Gigabit Ethernet based systems.
        Communications
        •Â  Audio Processing—High-performance AcuEdge audio processors enable
          the streamlined development of IP phones and enterprise hands-free
         communication. The development kit includes Power-over-Ethernet
          (PoE) power device ICs and the single-port PoE injector from
          Microsemi.
       PoE
        •Â  PoE Switches and Midspans—A variety of Microsemi's PoE switches and
         midspan injectors support outdoor installations. All outdoor PoE
          systems are IEEE 802.3at-compliant and backward compatible, with
          models supporting up to 95 watts per port.
       Timing Synchronization
        •Â  Miniature Rubidium Atomic Clock (MAC)—Microsemi's MAC is designed
          to operate at lower power using coherent population trapping
          technology without compromising on the atomic clock performance.
          It's designed to support a variety of applications including
          wireless base stations, telecom networks and industrial. A primary
         driver for use of an atomic clock is to provide time during outages
          in GNSS reception for days at a time. For example, a MAC can hold
          time for LTE-TDD base stations for more than one day during an
          interruption or jamming of Global Navigation Satellite System
          (GNSS) signals. The device is ideal for military applications where
          reliability and secure requirements are the highest.
        •Â MAC Sample Units—The company will also have MAC sample units on
          display at Electronica China. In addition to being cost-effective,
         these devices are easily adaptable to a wide variety of timing and
          synchronization applications. Microsemi's MAC is the world's first
          commercially available miniature atomic clock.
       •Â Clock Management ICs—Leading-edge timing and synchronization
          semiconductor IC solutions will also be showcased by Microsemi.
       Discretes
        •Â  SiC MOSFETs and Other Discrete Devices—A variety of Microsemi's
          leading-edge discrete devices (MOSFETs, IGBTs, diodes, etc.) that
         are used in motor control, power train, fast battery charger,
          actuation, air conditioning, power distribution and more will be
          displayed.
