Press Release Summary:
Model 401 high-performance microphone preamp's differential input stage uses compound transistor pairs with circuit resistance values, computer optimized for very low output noise. It drives computer sound cards' line-input, and is suitable in any application where very low noise gain is needed to condition low-impedance sensor output. Isolated from power mains, cast aluminum enclosure minimizes pickup of unwanted interference.
Original Press Release:
High-Performance Microphone Preamp Model 401
TDL® Technology, Inc. announces their Model 401, High-Performance Microphone Preamp. The differential input stage uses compound transistor pairs with circuit resistance values computer optimized for very low output noise. This preamp was especially designed to drive a computer sound card's line-input so the output noise needs to be very low compared to the line-in maximum signal level. However, it is useful in any application where very low noise gain is needed to condition a low-impedance sensor's output. The internal rechargeable batteries provide complete isolation from the power mains and the cast aluminum enclosure minimizes the pickup of unwanted interference.
Single quantity price is $183. USD plus shipping. Availability is stock to four weeks. A full data sheet and User Guide in PDF format can be downloaded from our web site at zianet.com/tdl.
