Grand Rapids, MI: UNIST, Inc. is pleased to provide an exciting entry point for companies wishing to utilize MQL (minimal quantity lubrication) with high efficiency lubricants, in both tool room and production applications. As the newest addition to the Uni-Max(TM) line of Micro-Fluidization Systems, the Coolubricator Jr. 210-P is a scaled down version of the highly successful Coolubricator cutting tool lubrication system. It has a smaller footprint than the Coolubricator and is attached with a magnet, enabling it to be moved easily from machine to machine. The Coolubricator Jr. delivers the same precision as the other Uni-Max systems. It employs a reliable, adjustable .033cc/stroke (max.) pump and a proven pneumatic pulse generator for 100 million cycle capability. Designed with the smaller shop in mind, the Coolubricator Jr. requires no integration to the machine. It is actuated by a manual on-off valve and the only connection is to the shop air supply. It is ideal for any machining application including turning, sawing, drilling, milling, tapping, boring, grinding and punching. While the Coolubricator Jr. can be used with many lubricants; it comes with an unconditional lifetime warranty on the injector pumps when UNIST Coolube® vegetable based lubricants are used.
