Intelitroll 2100 Control Panel
Melbourne, FL: Custom Industrial Products, Inc. is pleased to introduce the Intelitroll 2100 Control Panel which is offered as a standard item on CIP's entire line of Mezzanine Lifts (Vertical Reciprocating Conveyors). This unique control panel, exclusive to CIP, alerts personnel to any possible errors during use of their mezzanine lifts. The control panel blinks a predetermined number of times to identify several problem areas giving personnel the advantage of knowing exactly where a problem is immediately, saving valuable time and effort to correct. The fault codes indicate conditions such as if a gate is open, if the E-Stop button has been depressed, or if service is required. With a 5 second pause between codes, it is clear which code is in question. The codes clear automatically when the problem is solved giving the workers the green light to continue.
