ROCK HILL, S.C. - 3D Systems (NYSE:DDD) announced today it has entered into a partner agreement with Methods Machine Tools Inc., a leading supplier of innovative precision machine tools and automation for manufacturing. Under the new agreement, Methods will immediately begin to offer 3DS' full line of professional and production 3D printers and materials to its customers to enhance its portfolio of leading-edge precision machine tools and solutions for traditional manufacturing with advanced 3D printing solutions for additive manufacturing.



Methods brings over 55 years of experience in machine tools and solutions, in addition to extensive expertise in applications, engineering, service and support. To spearhead its entrance into the 3D printer market, Methods will add dedicated 3D printing sales, application engineering and support teams to its seven regional offices throughout the U.S., and will create a state-of-the-art 3D printing showroom with a range of capabilities in each location.
