Liquid Control Introduces the PosiFlow Family of Programmable Positive Displacement Continuous Flow Metering Products
N. CANTON, OHIO - May 19, 2003- Liquid Control introduces the PosiFlow family of programmable positive displacement continuous flow metering pumps. The PosiFlow technology gives users the flexibility to program individual volumetric displaced shots or continuous flow of material with metering at the point of dispense.
PosiFlow metering technology can be integrated with robotic equipment to provide programmable dispensing solutions for applications including formed-in-place-gaskets, packaging, potting and encapsulation and structural bonding. Dispensable materials include silicones, epoxies, polyurethanes and acrylics. The PosiFlow is well suited for dispensing highly filled materials such as microsphere filled epoxies; aluminum oxide filled thermally conductive silicones; and copper brazing pastes.
PosiFlow metering pumps are available in output ranges from hundredths-of-a-cc per cycle to hundreds-of-a-cc per minute. Material handling equipment is available for cartridges to bulk shipping containers.
