Metering Gear Pumps generate 9 gpm at 1,800 rpm.

Press Release Summary:

Mag-Drive configured and machined from wrought bar stock, G6000 series alloy gear pumps can be close coupled to variable speed motors for accurate, pulseless metering. Non-lubricating low viscosity liquids can be metered with alloy against plastic gear combinations, while low flow rate accommodates emulsion polymers without shear degradation. Standard construction for pumps is 316 stainless steel.

G6000 Series Expands Metering Range Of Gear Pumps

Dynaflow Engineering is proud to announce the introduction of its G6000 series of alloy gear pumps. These pumps can generate 9 GPM @ 1800 RPM. Mag-Drive configured and machined from wrought bar stock, the G6000 shares the same rugged design offered in their other alloy series. As in all Dynaflow Engineering gear pumps, they can be close coupled to variable speed motors for accurate, pulseless metering. Non-lubricating, low viscosity liquids can be metered with alloy against plastic gear combinations. At low flowrates the G6000 is well equipped to meter Mannich and emulsion polymers without shear degradation. Standard construction for these pumps is 316 SS.
