Meter-Mix-Dispense System Features Repeatable Shots and No Lead-Lag
A new, patented benchtop meter, mix, and dispense system that uses standard disposable cartridges and is as accurate as a bulk system is being introduced by DTIC Dispensing Technologies of S. Lancaster, Massachusetts.
The EZ-mix® FR Disposable Cartridge Meter-Mix-Dispense System is a benchtop system that accurately dispenses a wide variety of two-part materials which can range from water-thin to high (over 1 million cps) viscosity. Featuring a controller, linear encoder, and pinch valve to eliminate dripping and allow repeatable shots, this positive displacement system achieves uniform and accurate shots to within 0.1 cc with no run-on, lead-lag, or dripping.
Combining the power of pneumatics with the precision of electronics, the EZ-mix FR Disposable Cartridge Meter-Mix-Dispense System applies constant pressure against the plungers inside the cartridges and the proprietary all-metal pinch valve assures pulse-free performance with a complete mix. The self-prompting controller is easy to use and the operator activates the foot pedal which opens the pinch valve. All wetted parts are disposable.
