New Gear-Pump Meter, Mix and Dispense Machines
A new family of variable-ratio, low-viscosity gear-pump machines is available from I&J Fisnar Inc. featuring precision gear pumps and electronic interlock to ensure the selected ratio is fixed and password protected. These systems are ideal for RIM and doming applications which require constant flow. They are also suitable for clear-view filling using silicones in display products.
The metered shot and flow range is from 0.75ml per shot to 250 liters a minute dependent upon the system selected. Ratio ranges are from 1:1 to 50:1; viscosities of 150-100,000 cps can be accommodated. Material examples are RTVs, silicones, polyurethanes and epoxies.
Final Mixing can be by Static Mixing, Rotary or Dynamic Mixer dependent on material specification. All I&J Fisnar Inc. metering & mixing equipment can be interfaced to robotic assembly machines, and a full line of robots is offered.
