Milwaukee's New Endurance® Dry Cut Metal Cutting Blades

Milwaukee Electric Tool Corporation introduces a new line of Endurance® Carbide Tipped 8" Metal Cutting Circular Saw Blades. These blades are ideal for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. They provide fast cutting, extra long life and resist bending and twisting while delivering a straight, accurate cut with a clean, burr free edge with minimal heat and sparks. Endurance Carbide Tipped 8" Blades are available in 42 tooth (model 48-40-4515) and 50 (48-40-4520) tooth models. The 42 tooth blade is recommended for metals over 3/32" thick while the 50 tooth is for thinner materials.

When compared with abrasive cutting wheels these new metal cutting blades do not produce a cloud of abrasive dust and generate less heat and sparks. The tooth tips are made from a specially formulated Cermet material which gives them higher wear resistance than standard tungsten carbide. Endurance Carbide Tipped Blades also feature vibration dampening geometry which results in lower noise and vibration levels.

The Endurance Carbide Tipped Blade line also contains 6-1/2" inch blades in 40-, 48- and 60-tooth configurations for non-ferrous metals/plastics, ferrous metals and fiber cement.
