Metal Cutting Band Saw utilizes pulse cutting technique.

Press Release Summary:

Metal sawing PCSAW330 features PULSE CUTTING technology, which eliminates vibrations created by penetration forces to minimize cutting resistance while promoting blade life and cutting rates. Product is capable of cutting up to 13 in. dia (round) or 13 x 13 in. (rectangle) materials, including tough, nickel-based alloys. For larger capacities, PCSAW700 DOUBLE PULSE metal saw is also available.

Introducing "Pulse Cutting" Band Saw, PCSAW330

Remarkably Increases Productivity

Amada Cutting Technologies, Inc. (Los Angeles, California) has introduced another Amada original revolutionary metal cutting innovation, PULSE CUTTING, to the North American markets. The PCSAW330 features the latest innovation in metal sawing. This technology decreases cutting resistance while increasing blade life and cutting rates.

In standard metal cutting, vibrations created by the penetration forces have always accounted for premature blade wear and reduced cutting rates. Amada has introduced PULSE CUTTING to eliminate these vibrations while increasing blade life and cutting rates.

The PCSAW330 is capable of cutting up to 13" diameter (round) or 13" x 13" (rectangle) materials. With Amada's PULSE CUTTING, lower cost per square inch of metal removal is ensured by the extended blade life and increased cutting rates, even in tough, nickel-based alloys.

The PCSAW700 is a larger, DOUBLE PULSE version for cutting larger capacities. This machine is also being released at this time.
