Met-Pro Corporation's Environmental Air Solutions Business Unit Receives Equipment Order Totaling Approximately $1.6 Million

Harleysville, PA - Raymond J. De Hont, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Met-Pro Corporation (NYSE:MPR), announced today that the Company's Environmental Air Solutions business unit has received an order totaling approximately $1.6 million to supply seven Duall brand air pollution control systems to a United States manufacturer of solar cells. The order is expected to ship in the third quarter of the Company's current fiscal year.
Each system will include multi-stage chemical scrubbers, exhaust fans, controls and instrumentation to treat exhaust gases from a chemical vapor deposition process. The entire order will be manufactured at the Company's Met-Pro Environmental Air Solutions facility in Owosso, Michigan.
"This order demonstrates the Duall brand's enduring reputation for the high quality equipment demanded by emerging technology providers," said De Hont. "It follows an announcement two weeks ago of another order for Duall brand scrubber equipment in excess of $620,000."
