MEMS Pressure Sensor Designed for High Pressure Hydraulic & Pneumatic Applications

Moorpark, CA - Kavlico's P4000 Pressure Transducer incorporates their propriety Micro-Machined piezoresistive sensing technology in an all welded, stainless steel designed package that weighs a mere 3 oz. This OEM sensor is ideal for on & off-
highway as well as vocational vehicle hydraulic systems, pressurized tools, adaptive suspensions systems, material testing, hydraulic presses, and other hydraulic or pneumatic applications where a robust sensor is required.

This high accuracy sensor has a total error band (calibration, linearity, temperature errors, hysteresis, and repeatability) of ±2% over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The sensor is available in pressure ranges of 0-100 through 0-5000 psi absolute or sealed gage. The low power consumption and high vibration tolerance allow the sensor to be placed in hostile environment situations. Additional features include EMI, over-voltage and reverse polarity protection. The P4000's high overpressure capability is designed to withstand the pressure fluctuations experienced in hydraulic equipment.

Process fitting options include a variety of straight and tapered thread configurations. Electrical configuration options include AMP, Packard, and DIN connectors.
