A new medical device adhesive from DYMAX Corporation forms tough and flexible bonds to plasticized PVC, PC and EVA. DYMAX MD® Medical Device 1165-M cures in seconds upon exposure to UV/visible light and fluoresces to enable in-line inspection and faster processing.

This adhesive dispenses easily and cures quickly for precise quantity and placement of adhesive. DYMAX MD adhesives are solvent-free and cure only upon exposure to UV and/or visible light. Their ability to cure in seconds enables faster processing, greater output, and lower assembly costs. When cured with DYMAX UV light curing spot lamps, focused beam lamps, or flood lamps, it delivers optimum speed and performance for medical device assembly.
