Mechanical Vacuum Lifter Unaffected By Power Outages

A totally self-contained mechanical vacuum lifter that requires no external power or festooning for handling single ferrous and non-ferrous sheets from the top is available from Anver Corporation of Hudson, Massachusetts.

The Anver Mechanical Vacuum Lifter is designed for handling and feeding single sheets of aluminum, brass, and other metals from the top and needs no electricity or compressed air because the entire pick-up and release operation is controlled by the hoist. This vacuum lifter doesn't leave marks on the material (there are no slings or grabs) and eliminates the possibility of CNC data file corruption caused by magnetization.

Featuring a self-cycling valve and piston mechanism that creates a powerful suction when lowered from a crane onto the load until it slackens fully and is raised again, the Anver Mechanical Vacuum Lifter provides unrestricted load rotation. Offered with capacities up to 15,000 lbs., it creates no pollution, very little noise, and can be transported from crane-to-crane.

The Anver Mechanical Vacuum Lifter is priced from $1,995.00, depending upon capacity and configuration. Literature is available upon request.
