Minneapolis, MN-April 20, 2007-Banner Engineering Corp. introduces the A-GAGE® EZ-ARRAY(TM) two-piece measuring light screens for high-accuracy sensing in tough applications. The cost-effective EZ-ARRAY excels at high-speed, precise process monitoring and inspection, profiling and web-guiding applications. It offers quick and simple installation, and uses closely spaced infrared beams to detect objects as small as 5 mm; edge resolution is 2.5 mm. Emitter and receivers are available in 10 lengths with 5 mm beam spacing for precise measuring at ranges to 4 m. Configuration options include 14 measurement modes, three scanning methods, two analog and two discrete outputs and a serial output. EZ-ARRAY emitter/receiver pairs are priced as low as $1,010.
