MBW1206 Mesh Belt Washer

With this product enhancement mentality, we make continual improvements, some of which can be seen in our line of Mesh Belt Washers. The MBW1206 (shown here) is one of many models we manufacture to cover the unique needs of the washer market, with infinite possibilities in customization available.
Pictured are machines 10, 11, and 12 of 12 total identical machines designed and manufactured to serve as mobile wash and dry stations that could follow the machining process to remove residual particles and apply a rust preventative. Note the casters that allow them to be moved into position easily and then moved to another work center once that operation is complete. Size was also a consideration in the design of these units for a cramped work environment and to facilitate their mobility.
The MBW1206 Mesh Belt Washer has the ability to clean quickly and efficiently. The 1206 is equipped with an electric heat unit and can be configured to natural gas or liquid propane upon request Flow speed ranges from 5 feet per minute to 8 feet per minute, with and opening of twelve inches wide by six inches high. With the addition of the high pressure heated air blow off the part is ready for the next step as it exits the machine. All models can be built from stainless steel instead of mild steel plate. Our Mesh Belt Washers can be equipped with numerous options such as canister filtration and oil skimmer for reduced chemistry changes, and stainless steel components for extended life and reduced maintenance. Our systems will help your organization clean quickly and efficiently.
