NEW RollerRack (TM) by Unex The Complete Carton Flow Package
Unex Manufacturing's newest carton flow product "RollerRack" delivers the best value available for carton flow only applications. RollerRack combines wide-span uprights, a new (patent pending) hanger beam and Span-Track, the leading carton flow track. RollerRack eliminates the need for cumbersome shelves and low performance plastic wheels common in traditional flow rack.
RollerRack's standard mix and match components can be configured to create numerous carton flow applications; layback, flush front, push back and are ideal for multiple bay configurations. RollerRack's standard accessories include; pick trays, pick conveyor, guard rail, in-feed guides and label holders.
RollerRack uprights are 8 ft. high and have a slotted keystone design. Uprights are offered in standard depths of 18", 36" and 60" with a maximum load of 10,000 lbs. per upright. Beams are bolt-less making for quick and easy assembly. Standard beam lengths are 5' and 8' and have a 3,000 lb. capacity per pair. The full width roller Span-Track sections simply drop onto the new hanger beam which secure them in place. RollerRack framework is painted Unex royal blue as standard.
