Material Handling Conveyors fit into tight places.

Press Release Summary:

Delta Series Vertical Reciprocating Conveyors lift material between two or more floors. Mechanical lifts have no overhead machinery and side-mounted drive. They incorporate drive chains as well as balanced flexible suspension members that cradle carriage between masts, while quad-cams reduce forces placed onto carriage. Quick-stack, modular design and factory control wiring facilitate installation.

Wildeck Launches Delta Series Lifts

Patent-pending lifts offer a safe, reliable, and less costly way to lift material

Waukesha, WI - Wildeck, Inc. has launched a new series of Vertical Reciprocating Conveyors (VRC), also known as vertical, freight, or material lifts. The patent-pending Delta Series models are a new, affordable way for all types of industries to lift material or inventory between two or more floors. The mechanical lifts were designed to provide a delivered and installed price that is competitive with hydraulic units but without the maintenance and longevity concerns that tend to be associated with them. Wildeck chose the name Delta (the Greek letter meaning change and symbolized by a triangle) to represent the change in the way the lifts are designed.

The concept of the Delta Series models was born from Wildeck's dealers and end-users as Keith Pignolet, Executive Vice President of Wildeck, Inc. explains, "we conducted extensive dealer and end-user surveys in an effort to determine what qualities comprised the 'ideal' VRC. Three items kept coming up over and over again. They were durability and reliability, low cost, and quick and easy installation. We challenged our Product Development Engineers to design a product that met these criteria. They not only met them, they exceeded them in their development of WilLift's Delta 2200 and Delta 4400 VRC's."

The Delta Series has many advantages including zero overhead machinery allowing it to fit into some of the tightest places and easy maintenance due to a side-mounted drive. The models are extremely durable and reliable and incorporate drive chains rather than wire rope as well as balanced flexible suspension members that cradle the carriage between the masts resulting in smooth operation and longer component life. Quad-Cams work in unison reducing forces placed onto the carriage resulting in greater safety. Quick-stack, modular design and factory control wiring allow the units to be installed in a matter of hours saving both time and money.
