Material Handling Components eliminate static build-up.

Press Release Summary:

ESD anti-static components protect electronics from static during assembly and handling operations. They use conductivity to eliminate static build-up and safeguard circuitry. Components include pipe, slide pipe, and L-channel slide pipe; metal joints; height adjusting feet; grounding end caps; and casters. Parts allow users to design and assemble material handling structures for use in static sensitive electronics assembly operations.

Original Press Release:

No 'Cling-Ons' Thanks to Creform®

The world is teeming with electronics and protecting the processors, chips, memory boards and CPUs from static during assembly and handling operations is the duty of Creform® Corporation's new selection of ESD anti-static components.

Creform's ESD components with conductivity to eliminate static build-up and safeguard circuitry were developed to complement its adaptive system of plastic coated steel pipes, joints and hardware accessories used for building custom material handling structures. These ESD components include standard size pipe, slide pipe (tubing with a flat side typically used in flow racks, so boxes or totes can slide into location), and L-channel slide pipe, most Creform metal joints, with nickel plating for enhanced conductivity, several height adjusting feet, grounding end caps and some casters. Creform's new mini 'skatewheel' style conveyor sections and complementary mounting brackets are also available with ESD protection.

Creform 28mm ESD pipe colors are offered in black, light gray and ivory with a black stripe, while both slide pipe configurations are available in black only. 32mm ESD roller pipe is available in black only.

Creform's ESD components allow users to design and easily assemble efficient material handling structures, including workstations and worktables, parts presentation flow racks, roller conveyors, tilting racks and tables, plus push and trailer carts for use in static sensitive electronics assembly operations.
