McMillan's Model 80 Series Mass Flow Controllers for precise gas measurement are now available in stainless steel construction. These controllers provide accurate, stable control of gas flow ranges as low as 0-50 sccm. Units are also available with aluminum construction for added value, and displays are optional on all configurations.
With better than ±1.5% linearity (full scale) and 0.5% repeatability (full scale), the Model 80 Series MFC's will consistently provide reliable flow control for incorporation into instrumentation. Compact packaging allows for easy integration into new or existing designs.
