New! Program, Record, Analyze and Control Gas Flow with the Series DMF Digital Mass Flow Controller

A controller that can be programmed to record, and manipulate data, Dwyer Instruments, Inc. is proud to announce the release of the Series DMF Digital Gas Mass Flow Controller.

The Series DMF can be programmed for a variety of control functions including flow set point, totalizer, stop totalizer, totalize from preset flow, stop and preset auto, auto zero, and more. The auto zero feature utilizes an automatic balancing circuit that virtually eliminates drift of zero and span. Also, the Series DMF features two dry contact closures to operate pumps, valves, or other process equipment. The unit is able to control high and low alarm limits through the RS485 interface. Calibration information is available for up to 10 gases and conversions for up to 256 different gases are stored in memory.

The flow ranges of the DMF vary from 0 to 1 0 sccm to 0 to 1 00 L/min. The accuracy is ±1 % of full scale and has an operating temperature of 41 to 122°F (4.4 to 50°C). The maximum gas pressure is 500 psi (34.45 bar). The DMF can be utilized in a variety of industries such as: semiconductor, automotive, food & beverage, pulp & paper, gas chromatography, pollution monitoring, medical & laboratory, and many more.

Dwyer Instruments, Inc. produces a wide variety of flow products.
