Fillmore Container Introduces the Newest Mason Jar in Ball's Heritage Collection
Lancaster, PA –The newest Mason jar in Ball’s Heritage Collection is now available via Fillmore Container. The limited edition jars are purple and are available in regular mouth pint jars and wide mouth quart jars. This 1915 period-inspired purple color jar is part of the vintage style Heritage Mason jar collection, originally created to celebrate the 100-year anniversary of the first true Perfect Mason pint jar. In 1913, the Ball brothers launched the first true Perfect Mason jar; in 1914 Ball released Perfection jars and in 1915, the Improved jars were released.
According to Ball, these jars are the third release in a line of upcoming limited edition jars, perfect for home canning, or as a coveted collector’s item. The Ball logo is embossed on the front with the 100-year anniversary dates embossed on the back of the glass jar.
