New Solid State Pneumatic Circuits in Marking System Controllers

New solid state pneumatic circuits in marking system controllers provide improvements in ruggedness, reliability and maintenance.

New one - piece circuitry is available in all next generation air supply controllers from Dell Marking Systems of Ferndale, Michigan.

Operating components and pneumatic circuitry are encapsulated in one piece. This provides ruggedness, reliability and eliminates dust and debris problems that occur in other controllers. Dramatic improvements in productivity and downtime are realized because the component can be replaced in minutes. Diagnostic time is eliminated because each component no longer needs testing and replaceing. The whole unit comes out and a new one goes in.

Dell Marking Systems replacement program insures that a spare unit is always on hand for each controller. Components are permanently attached to the base including: air input and output ports, regulator and low pressure guage, and power supply connector.

Dell provides complete marking system design and build services and formulates workplace safe, low VOC pigmented and non-pigmented inks.
