Dapra Marking Introduces First Marking System to Use Intelligent Driving Impact Technology
Dapra Marking Systems is pleased to offer the NEW Technomark Multi 4 with IDI (Intelligent Driving Impact), the first marking system to utilize this technology. By innovative driving (actuation) of the electromagnetic solenoid, IDI assures perfect marking quality despite variations in shape, surface condition or material of the part. This is the perfect solution for marking rough or irregular surfaces with human-readable text or DataMatrix codes. The Multi 4 IDI brings unequalled ease and flexibility to a new level of marking performance.
It is compliant to DoD UID Dot Peen marking requirements as specified in Mil Std 130M.
The Multi 4 with IDI can be provided in four basic versions: a bench-top model; a portable or handheld model for marking large parts; a Combo model (shown above) which combines bench-top and portable capabilities; and an Integrator model for use in automated production lines.
