The KCAM-IP2HD features new Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) processing technology for operation in bright, highly reflective conditions, and built-in Infra Red illumination with a mechanical cut out filter that is optimized for nighttime performance up to 32 feet away. The camera captures images at 30 frames per second (fps) in 1080p full HD resolution and has built in internal memory for back up for added peace of mind. Designed for the ultimate functionality and recording performance, the KEP Marine KCAM-IP2HD is housed in a compact, sleek, robust casing to exceed the demands of the tough marine environment. The camera is under 4-inches in diameter, weighs one pound and can easily be mounted anywhere on a vessel including outriggers. The KCAM system is equipped with an embedded Linux, ARM-based 32-bit RISC processor and 16 MB flash ROM. Compatible with any onboard PC, the KCAM operates on Microsoft Windows 7, Vista, XP and 2000 with Internet Explorer 7.X or above. The innovative KEP Marine camera comes standard in brushed aluminum or white and supports H/264, MPEG-4 and MJPEG triple codec compression with dual streams. Fully CE, FCC, ONVIF compliant, the camera operates with 12VDC power, and is rated to the IP67 dust and waterproof ingress standard.
