New Model 7190 CAT5e Online/Offline Switch Designed to be Built into Wall
Electro Standards Laboratories, Cranston, RI, announces the Model 7190 Double Gang, Wall Box, RJ45, CAT5e Online/Offline manual switch. This manually operated switch requires no external power. When in the Online position the switch connects the Common device to device A. When in the Offline position, the switch disconnects the Common device from device A. There are two RJ45, CAT5e ports on the bracket inside the wall box. The RJ45 network cables must be run into the box and bracket before installing in the wall.
The Model 7190 switch features a faceplate that is clearly labeled for Online and Offline positions. The switch is rated for Cat5e performance and is manufactured with quality components including a high-quality sealed switch with self-wiping precious metal contacts.
