Manual Motor Starters
May 20th, 2005 - Buffalo Grove, IL - Carlo Gavazzi has just released a new line of manual motor starters which further complement our existing range of contactors, starters, and overloads. The manual motor starters are available in three frame sizes rated for up to 32, 63 and 100 amps. All models feature a rotary switch, with the exception of the 32 amp version, which is available in both a rotary and rocker switch.
The GMS Series offers unique features such as IP20 finger safe terminals, trip test, a unique slide out handle that provides a method to lock the manual motor starter in the OFF position, a dial cover to secure the current trip setting and identification labels. All types can be DIN rail or surface mounted.
A full line of accessories including universal front and side mount auxiliary switches, side mount alarm, shunt release and under-voltage switches and a full line of busbar and supply connectors are also available. All devices are UL and cUL listed and CE marked, with list prices starting at $48.00
