PEABODY, MA -- Worksmart Systems' FlexiMate Transport Line is designed to optimize workflow through production, test, inspection and packaging operations. The FlexiMate offers solutions for new installations and bench-to-bench operations by streamlining for JIT manufacturing, eliminating stockroom operations and reducing work in process.
The FlexiMate Transport Line provides unlimited flexibility to meet fast-changing operational needs. Completely modular, the system allows for a multitude of cell configurations through the combination of straight and curved modules to create lean assembly operations. Set up and adjustments are easily made with a 3/16-inch hex key, allowing for fast changeovers.
Exceptionally strong, the system is made with high grade anodized aluminum tubing and engineered glass-filled polycarbonate fittings to maintain structural integrity in high volume operations. The manually operated flow system is virtually maintenance-free. Aluminum pallets accommodate individual load capacities up to 150 lb. and glide on ball-bearing wheels through assembly line tracks.
Many options and accessories are available for enhancing operations including additional modules for balancing assembly line operations, document clips for displaying assembly instructions, ergonomic KanBan part presentation and high output overhead lighting.
The FlexiMate Transport Line is furnished in kit form for simple assembly or can be delivered as production-ready pre-assembled cells in as little as three weeks ARO.
