Harrington Hoists, Inc. Releases Line of Ex Certified Spark Resistant Manual Hoists and Trolleys
Manheim, PA – Harrington Hoists, Inc. has introduced their new RCB Ex Certified Spark Resistant* hand chain hoists and RPT / RGT manual push and geared trolleys. These products are manufactured with materials that will reduce risk of sparks produced by impact or friction in heavy-duty industrial applications. The hoists and trolleys are Ex certified to level Ex II 2G c IIB T4 and Ex II 2D c 135°C and are in compliance with the ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU. The line is offered in rated capacities of ½, 1, 2 and 3 Ton.
Spark resistant features include: copper plated load hook, stainless steel hand chain, nickel-plated DIN load chain, rubber trolley bumpers, and solid bronze trolley wheels on ½ - 2 Ton models; bronze plated trolley wheels on 3 Ton models.
Standard hoist features include: all-steel hoist construction for extreme durability, overload limiter, low headroom and lightweight design and a limited number of parts for easy maintenance. Trolleys are adjustable to fit any flange width and have contoured wheels to fit tapered and flat flanged beams.
*For potentially explosive atmospheres that require features that reduce the risk of spark.
