Visitors to Booth #2625 at Apex are in for a surprise. At this year's show in Las Vegas, they won't get a live view of Manncorp's usual array of latest-generation pick-and-place machines, stencil printers, reflow ovens and other PCB assembly equipment. But they will be able to access specifics of every Manncorp product via a large monitor, and after discussing their application with a sales engineer, receive a quote instantly on a mobile device.
A risky move that will hurt booth attendance and sales, or another one of CEO Henry Mann's brilliant marketing breakthroughs? As the CEO puts it, "Our product videos tell all and show all.
